Roll Back by Richard Reil
The story is a fun filled adventure about a grandfather, who recently lost his wife to cancer, and his fifteen year old granddaughter. Through the discovery of a time portal, the two travel back to the Snohomish, Washington of 1958. They have decided that it would be fun for her to attend Snohomish High School for a quarter and see what life was really like during her grandfather's school years.
The two, with their new friends, experience the fun of simpler times but also unexpected challenges. These challenges could have significant ramifications for their lives in 1958 as well as present times.
You will laugh and you will cry as you journey with them to the late '50s in this very believable story.
